TERMS OF USE AND DISTRIBUTION

1. Scope
These terms cover the official GLUECOMP-3B Free Edition distribution package, its documentation, factory presets, and voluntary product support provided by DYMAI SOUND. The End User Licence Agreement governs installation, copying, and use of the plugin. These terms do not replace a website operator's separate privacy or website-use notice.

2. Price and availability
This version is supplied without a purchase price, subscription, activation account, or licence-file requirement. Optional donations, if offered separately, are voluntary and do not change the rights granted for this Free Edition. No donation or payment service is included in the plugin itself.

3. Official packages and requirements
Obtain the official package from the product's published distribution channel. Check the release notes for supported formats, system requirements, and known limitations. Audio Unit and VST3 versions are included in the Mac installer; a compatible host application is required. This package does not include AAX or a standalone audio application.

4. Factory presets and user work
Factory presets are starting points, not promises of a particular artistic or technical result. Adjust them to your source material and compare at matched loudness. Your user presets and audio remain yours. Updating or uninstalling the plugin need not delete your own preset folder; back it up before making changes to your system.

5. Redistribution and branding
You may share the complete, unmodified official installer at no charge, with the EULA, documentation, and third-party notices included. Other distribution and commercial bundling require permission unless applicable law or a component licence permits them. Do not imply that an unofficial or altered download is produced, supported, or endorsed by DYMAI SOUND.

6. Support and feedback
Support is voluntary unless a separate written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise. Provide the plugin version, operating system, host name and version, format, and reproducible steps when reporting an issue. Only send recordings or project files you are entitled to share. You keep ownership of feedback and audio you supply; you permit reasonable use of a support report to investigate and respond to that report. No broad licence to publish your recordings is granted by contacting support.

7. Future releases
The Licensor may update, replace, or stop offering downloads of a version. This does not create a remote revocation mechanism or retroactively remove rights already granted for a copy lawfully supplied. Future versions may have separate requirements or terms disclosed with those versions.

8. Rights and liability
The EULA's warranty, liability, and mandatory-rights provisions also apply to these terms. Nothing here excludes a statutory consumer right or a third-party licence right. No guarantee is made that a particular artistic result, host configuration, or future operating system will be supported.
