GLUECOMP-3B FREE EDITION
END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT
Version 1.0 - 17 October 2026

1. The parties and software
This agreement is between you and DYMAI SOUND (the "Licensor"). It covers the GLUECOMP-3B Free Edition audio plugin, supplied factory presets, and accompanying documentation (the "Software"). Support: dymaimusic@gmail.com. Product information: https://plugins.dymai.org/gluecomp3b.

Please read this agreement before installing. If you accept it on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. Any mandatory rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. Free licence
The Licensor grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to install and use this version on computers you own or control, for personal, educational, and commercial audio work. You may make reasonable backup copies. There is no activation requirement, device-count limit, subscription, or trial expiry for this Free Edition. This licence continues unless terminated under section 10.

3. Your audio and presets
You retain ownership of your recordings, compositions, performances, projects, and original user presets. You may commercially release audio processed using the Software and the supplied factory presets without paying the Licensor additional royalties or crediting the plugin. This agreement does not give you rights to audio or other material owned by someone else.

4. Sharing and redistribution
You may share the complete, unmodified official installer free of charge, with its documentation, this agreement, and third-party notices intact. You may not charge separately for the Software, remove copyright or attribution notices, present a modified binary as an official release, or imply endorsement by DYMAI SOUND. Obtain written permission for other redistribution or commercial bundling, except where applicable law or a third-party licence grants the relevant right.

5. Ownership and third-party components
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor and the relevant third parties retain their respective intellectual property rights. Free pricing does not grant access to proprietary source code or ownership of the DYMAI SOUND name and marks. Third-party components and fonts are subject to their own terms in Third-Party Notices. Those terms take precedence for the components they cover, and this agreement does not restrict rights those terms or applicable law independently grant.

6. Permitted use and restrictions
Use the Software lawfully and within the rights granted above. Do not remove ownership notices, distribute misleading or malicious modifications under the Licensor's identity, or use the Software in a way that infringes others' rights. Restrictions in this agreement do not prevent interoperability work, reverse engineering, security research, accessibility work, or other activities to the extent applicable law permits them despite contractual restrictions.

7. Updates and support
Updates and support may be offered at the Licensor's discretion. This Free Edition does not include a guaranteed support response time, guaranteed compatibility with every host or future operating system, or a promise of future features. New terms for a future version apply to that version when accepted; they do not retroactively change the licence granted for a version already supplied.

8. Warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is supplied "as is" and "as available", without additional contractual warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Test the plugin with your host and keep backups of important work. This section does not exclude statutory guarantees, conformity remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Liability
To the extent applicable law permits, the Licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from use of the Software. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit the Licensor to exclude or limit. Where a limitation is not permitted, the liability required by law remains in place.

10. Termination
You may end this agreement by stopping use and deleting copies you no longer wish to keep. The Licensor may terminate your licence for a material breach that remains uncorrected after reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy it where remedy is possible. On termination, stop using and distributing the Software. Ownership provisions, accrued rights, applicable liability provisions, and third-party licence rights survive as appropriate. Termination does not transfer ownership of your audio or projects to the Licensor.

11. Applicable law and mandatory rights
Applicable law determines the law and courts with jurisdiction over this agreement. No provision requires you to give up mandatory consumer protections or a forum available to you by law. If a provision is unenforceable, it is applied only to the extent lawful, and the rest of the agreement remains effective where possible. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of it.

If they conflict, this agreement controls the Software licence, subject always to mandatory law and the relevant third-party terms.
